  • By calling a specially assigned toll-free number, your employees receive prompt, accurate answers to payroll and benefits questions from our Solution Center specialists, who have on-line access to that information
  • Problems requiring further investigation are researched and solved
  • Employees have the option of calling, faxing, or e-mailing their questions

Under this program, we place a senior human resources consultant on-site at your location(s) for a set number of visits per week or per month to manage, direct or support your human resources function. To supplement the on-site HR program, clients also receive all of the services provided through the HR Membership Program (unlimited telephone access, etc.)
