The Training division can perform any or all of the tasks required to create or re-engineer a corporate university or corporate training function. Services may include but are not limited to:

• Creation of overall standards, philosophy and corporate university identity, including standardized formats for all training materials
• Staffing needs analysis, job descriptions, and hiring assistance
• Training needs analysis
• Curriculum design, course development and delivery; trainer or subject matter expert instructor development, train-the-trainer and certification programs
• Faculty team building
• Pre- and post-course activities and measurement
• Internal marketing and consulting
• all aspects of training administration

Course Licensing and Train-the-Trainer

We realize there is a pool of talent in your organization with the expertise to train and develop others in their area of expertise. For more company specific technical topics, the Training division can work with your "subject matter experts" to design and deliver courses. The Training division will also provide your trainers with the skills to facilitate learning.
